Rocks: An Observational Study
ROCKS: An Observational Study was completed as a part of the DePaul Animation MFA program. It was supposed to be a short film, but the ROCKS had other plans and demanded more screen time.
ROCKS: An Observational Study was an Official Selection for the Kansas City Underground Film Festival (2022) and a Semi-Finalist for AniMate Australia Animation Film Festival (2023). This film is a winding epic that examines what it means to be a ROCK.
This nature documentary follows the ROCKS over the course of their western migration and throughout their day to day lives. Let's take a look, shall we?
